Shipping & Processing Information
We use all major carriers and local courier partners. You'll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Processing Time: Please allow 3-7 business days to process your order. During peak seasons (holidays, promotions, sales events), certain items may take up to 14 business days to be dispatched. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Tracking Information: Once your order is processed and shipped, tracking details will be provided within 1-3 business days.

Delivery Time: Most orders are expected to arrive within 6-10 business days for domestic shipments (United States & Canada), and 10-20 business days for international orders, depending on your location.

Duty-Free Shipping: Orders over $150 ship duty-free to select international destinations, with no additional costs after checkout.


Expedited Shipping: At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping. If you need your order by a specific date, please place your order at least 15 business days in advance.


Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages: Shop Sophia is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. We are unable to replace any packages.

International Shipments
Import Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are not included in your order total.


Customs Delays: International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing. We cannot control customs clearance times. Please be patient as customs procedures vary by country.
